By purchasing custom art (that has been powered and enhanced by the incredible resources available at OpenArt.ai) from Inspired Art Forge LLC ("Artist"), you ("Buyer") agree to the following terms and conditions:

Personal Use Only
The custom art you purchase is intended solely for personal use. You may display the art in your personal space but must not use it for commercial purposes.
Prohibition of Resale
Resale of the custom art is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to, selling the original piece and selling or distributing reproductions or prints.
Copyright and Reproduction Rights
All copyrights, reproduction rights, and intellectual property rights associated with the custom art remain with the Artist. The Buyer shall not reproduce, copy, or exploit the art in any form without the express written permission of the Artist.
Non-Commercial Use
The Buyer agrees not to use the custom art in any manner that is directly or indirectly commercial. This includes displaying the art in a public setting where it could be used to promote a business or service.
No Liability for Misuse
The Artist will not be held liable for any unauthorized use of the custom art by the Buyer or any third party.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing and accepting delivery of the custom art, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to comply with all the terms and conditions stated in this disclaimer.

Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: 07/20/2024

By purchasing custom art from Inspired Art Forge LLC ("Artist"), you ("Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions:

Final Approval: Once the custom art has been completed, the Customer will have the opportunity to review and approve the final piece. The Artist will provide digital proofs or previews of the finished artwork for the Customer’s review.
Finalization and Sign-Off: After the Customer has reviewed the digital proof or preview, the Customer must sign-off on the final piece. This approval confirms that the Customer is satisfied with the artwork as presented.
No Returns Policy: Once the custom art has been finalized and signed off by the Customer, all sales are considered final. The Artist does not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for finalized custom artwork.
Customer Responsibility: It is the Customer's responsibility to carefully review the final piece before giving approval. Any desired changes must be communicated to the Artist before final approval is given.
No Liability for Post-Approval Issues: The Artist is not liable for any dissatisfaction or issues that arise after the Customer has provided final approval and sign-off on the custom art.
